Sierra Executive Solutions Inc is Hiring a Compliance Officer Near Black Hawk, CO
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the activities of the Internal Compliance Officer, and ensure all required reports, responses, filings and requests are submitted to the Colorado Division of Gaming (CDOG) timely.
• Develop audit programs, reviews and processes to prevent regulatory violations (example – ensuring employee licenses don’t expire).
• Assist in the development of an Internal Audit Plan and perform said audits and report on the same.
Key attributes:
• Strong Knowledge of Colorado Gaming Law and Regulation and ICMPs
• Minimum 5 years previous experience in Internal Audit or Compliance in Colorado
• Working knowledge of BSA Regulation (Anti-Money Laundering)
• Understanding of basic accounting in a Casino
• Experience working with Independent Accounting Firm
• Experience with Sarbanes Oxley 404 Testing.
